Article 6. Cancellation

Under Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and return the product to the seller for exchange or a refund without penalty; however, shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

In case of damage during transport, any protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.

Furthermore, the 48-hour drying time after application must be strictly observed to guarantee optimal sticker adhesion.

8.3 Procedure in case of detachment

If the sticker comes loose within 6 years of purchase, the customer must file a detailed claim. This file should include:

a) Clear and precise photographs of the defective sticker, highlighting the detachment problem. The photos must be dated to demonstrate the time they were taken. b) A detailed description of the conditions in which the sticker detached, specifically noting the environmental conditions, the use of the surface it was affixed to, and any other relevant information. c) A copy of the sticker's purchase invoice, proving the date of acquisition.

8.4 Verification and Refund Process

Once the claim is submitted, our technical team will conduct a thorough verification of all the provided information. This verification may include further communication with the client to obtain clarifications, as well as a detailed inspection of the photographs submitted.

Processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the claim, but we are committed to processing each case as quickly as possible. Once the verification is complete and the detachment is confirmed, the full product refund will be initiated within 60 business days.

8.5 Warranty Limitations

Please note that the warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse of the sticker, exposure to extreme environmental conditions, or any other negligence by the customer in the maintenance or handling of the product.
