How to get your motorcycle's specifications?
Do you want a personalized décor kit for your motorcycle, but it's not yet listed on our site? That means we don't have the templates for it. Don't worry, you have several options. If you're in the Lyon area or passing through, you can come directly to our workshop so we can take the templates directly from your motorcycle. Be sure to schedule an appointment beforehand by sending us a message here: CONTACT
If you're not local, you can send the fairings directly to us at: 33 Dr. Georges Levy Avenue, 69200 Vénissieux. We can offer you the option of installation as an extra. Contact us For more information, directly.
The final option is to take the templates yourself and send them to us at the same address, or scan them and send them via email. Here's the tutorial:
What you'll need:
- Marking tape (preferably thick)
- A black pen or marker
- Sheets of paper
- A pair of scissors
1- Preparation of the fairings:
Start by covering the first section of the fairing with masking tape strips, overlapping them until the entire fairing is covered. Keep in mind that this surface will become a sticker, so avoid overly sharp angles or excessively small areas to ensure a workable application.
2- Outline Drawing:
Using a black marker, draw the outline of the sticker directly onto the marking tape. (already on the fairings or the one that will be created later).
Attention Draw the outlines of the future sticker! Not the outlines of the fairing. To do this, follow the shape of the fairing while keeping a margin of approximately 2/3 mm from the edge.If it's still simpler for you to follow the hull's outline, please clearly indicate on the template submission that the margins were taken at the edge. This will allow us to reduce their size and apply the safety margin.
If a cut-out is needed in some places, such as for screw holes or other angles, mark it with dotted lines.
3- The collage:
Once the outline is complete, carefully peel off all the marking tape strips simultaneously and lay them flat on one or more sheets of paper. You can then neatly trim the excess tape and paper using scissors. Finally, label the template with the part it represents (for example: lower portion of the front right fairing).
4- Send:
And there you have it! Your templates are finished; now, please send them to us. There are two options:
- Scan all templates at 300 ppi and add them to a PDF file to be sent to us at: CONTACT@M-STICKERS.COM
- Please send the templates by mail to: 33 Avenue du Docteur Georges Levy 69200 Vénissieux (Please include your contact information or any specific details related to your request on a note inside the envelope.)
