Kawasaki Z800 motorcycle rim strips – how to install them?

The Kawasaki Z800 motorcycle rim strip kit is easy to install, regardless of the rim size or surface area; the process remains the same. A tutorial is provided below to help you properly install your rim strip kit. First of all, here are the precautions to take:

• Check that the rim is perfectly smooth.
• Clean rim thoroughly, degreasing with soap/alcohol water. Do not use WD40 or other products containing silicone. The rim must be perfectly clean.
• Do not handle stickers on the glue side.
• If stickers are not to be applied immediately, store them in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
•  When applying the stickers, choose a room with a temperature of at least 15°c, sheltered from wind and dust. It's also possible to heat the rim before applying the stickers, to ensure that the adhesives hold well. If the temperature is too cold, the stickers will not adhere properly.
• Add our self-adhesive squeegee to your order so that you don't miss the fitting of your motorcycle rim stickers
• After installation, avoid contact with cold and damp to ensure that the adhesives hold well.
