Aprilia RS 660 motorcycle rim inner rings – how to install them?

The Aprilia RS 660 rim strip kit is easy to install. Regardless of the rim size or surface, the procedure remains the same. Below is a tutorial to help you install your rim strip kit correctly. First, here are the precautions to take:

• Check that the rim is perfectly smooth.
• Thoroughly clean and degrease the rim with our product Rim cleaner, special beadOr with soapy water (may not remove all grease residue). Or alcohol. Do not use WD-40 or other silicone-based products. The rim must be completely clean.
• Do not handle the edges on the adhesive side.
• If the rim strips are not installed immediately, store them in a dry, shady place.
• When installing, choose a location with a temperature of at least 15°C, protected from wind and dust. It's also possible to heat the rim before installing the wheel trims to ensure proper adhesive hold. Too cold a temperature will not allow for optimal adhesion of the wheel trims.
• Add our self-adhesive squeegee At your command, so you don't miss the fitting of your motorcycle rim strips.
• After application, avoid contact with cold and moisture to ensure good adhesive hold.
